| Please e-mail us with your order. Please be specific when ordering especially with patterns or books. Make sure you state either pattern or clothing, item number if needed. I will then let you know via email if the item is still available and if so, what your shipping charges will be, which will include USPS Priority Shipping and insurance. The item will then be marked reserved until the payment arrives. Payments must be made within 10 days of order confirmation or item will be placed back for sale. We accept Paypal, Master Card, Visa, Certified Checks,and Money orders. | |

Shipping will be by Priority mail including insurance and delivery confirmation
within the United States for purchases. We will e-mail you with the shipping &

Merchandise may be returned up to 14 days from delivery date for a merchandise credit minus the initial shipping. If you would like to return an item for a merchandise credit, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date (the delivery date as stated on the delivery confirmation notice included on every domestic package) by e-mail at change@vintage-diva.com. When you contact us regarding the return you will be issued a return authorization number (RA #), which you must include with the item being returned. To qualify for credits, the items must arrive in the same condition (no rips, smells, stains, repairs, etc.) as the day the items were shipped. Merchandise credits are good towards any future purchase at Vintage Diva’s. |

It is very difficult to find vintage clothing in mint condition and we will do our best to describe any problems with the item. We will also try to get the most accurate measurements, but depending on the cut of the garment, approximations may be made. If you are unhappy with your purchase please e-mail us at change@vintage-diva.com in 24 hrs of delivery date (the delivery date as stated on the delivery confirmation notice When you contact us regarding the return you will be issued a return authorization number (RA #), which you must include with the item being returned. We are not a catalog mail order company. Please do not purchase 10 items with the intent on keeping one and returning the others. If items are being returned, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund. Please INSURE your returns (if you do not insure the return and something happens to the package, we will not be held responsible). The return package must be received at Vintage Diva’s no later than six days after the delivery date to qualify for a refund. To qualify for refunds , all returns must arrive in the same condition (no rips, smells, stains, repairs, etc.) as the day the items were shipped. If you do not send the item back within the allotted time frame you will qualify only for a merchandise credit minus shipping + 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. * Patterns are not returnable, so please make sure you ask questions to decide if you really want it before ordering. Refunds minus shipping charges will be processed within one work week. If you purchased the item via credit card, your refund will be sent via credit card. If you purchased the item via PayPal, your refund will be sent via PayPal. If you purchased the item by check or money order, your refund will be made by check. All refunds will be minus shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns sent back without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
